As a service to our clients, we are now able to offer direct purchase of certain items directly through our website, courtesy of the PayPal system. Where you see just click on it to add the item to your shopping cart. When you have completed your purchases, click on the under the navigation list and you will be given the opportunity to change quantities, cancel or make any other alterations you require before being asked to make any payment. If you are not a PayPal member, you will be asked to join. This does not cost you anything and once a member, you can take advantage of the PayPal service on thousands of other websites.

This service is available only in EUROPE.
Outside Europe, clients can still use all the other methods of payment open to them, as shown below.

Transport and Payment - Mainland Europe

Small items (cassettes, a couple of records, etc.) can be sent direct to our mail address.

For customers in Spain, we will transfer the material and return your original and CD(s) to you COD.

For other European customers, when the goods are ready for despatch, we will inform you and ask you to transfer the required sum (cost of work, plus post and packing) to our bank account. We operate an account in Euros, which will simplify things greatly for most of our customers, and the goods will be despatched as soon as we receive confirmation of the transfer.

If you have bulky or fragile items, we recommend the use of a courier service. Call us for details of delivery address, etc. As with items sent through the post, we undertake the work and return all material COD, via the same route.

Transport and Payment - UK

For our customers in the UK, they can use the same postal routes as above, providing the packet is small enough for the Post Office to handle (most would be).

If you have large quantities of material for transfer, contact us and we will discuss various other arrangements which can be made.

When the goods are ready for despatch, we would inform you and ask you to transfer the required sum (cost of work, plus post and packing) either direct into our Sterling account in England or to our Euro account - your bank will be able to advise on this. The goods will be despatched as soon as we receive confirmation of the transfer.
